Store your tiles in their box or velvet storage bag when not in use to keep them clean and protected in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
We recommend washing (mixing) tiles by hand. While tile shufflers are convenient, repeated use may cause wear to the surface over time.
If needed, gently clean with a soft, damp cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and dishwashers.
Do not submerge tiles in water or other liquids, as prolonged exposure may affect finishes and decorative details.
Handle with care. While durable, tiles should be protected from drops, impacts, and rough handling.
