Mat Care Instructions
- Always roll, never fold, to prevent creasing.
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not bleach or iron directly.
- Allow to air dry completely before rolling for storage.
- Spot clean with mild detergent and a soft cloth as needed.
- Do not leave in a hot car or expose to prolonged direct sunlight.
- Store in a cool, shaded place to help preserve vibrant colors.
Tiles Care Instructions
- Carefully remove the protective film by hand. Do not use knives or sharp objects, as they may scratch or damage the tiles.
- Store your tiles in their box or storage bag when not in use to keep them clean and protected.
- We recommend washing (mixing) tiles by hand. While tile shufflers are convenient, repeated use may cause wear to the surface over time.
- If needed, gently clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and dishwashers.
- Do not submerge tiles in water or other liquids, as prolonged exposure may affect finishes and decorative details.
- Handle with care. While durable, tiles should be protected from drops, impacts, and rough handling.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and hot environments, including parked vehicles.
