• Store your tiles in their box or velvet storage bag when not in use to keep them clean and protected in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

• We recommend washing (mixing) tiles by hand. While tile shufflers are convenient, repeated use may cause wear to the surface over time.

• If needed, gently clean with a soft, damp cloth.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and dishwashers.

• Do not submerge tiles in water or other liquids, as prolonged exposure may affect finishes and decorative details.

• Handle with care. While durable, tiles should be protected from drops, impacts, and rough handling.
